A Few Points As I have received e-mail from a few people, a general statement of purpose seems appropriate. The idea of this chat room is to allow people to inquire into basic elements of plastic surgery. Obviously, I cannot be expected to delve into complicated individual cases. In such cases, even "Face-To-Face" consultations are often less than adequate. Furthermore, I will not "second guess" surgery or outcomes as I do not have the luxury of a detailed medical chart on these cases. After all, you can't honestly expect me to perform this kind of case review on the internet for free.

For those people looking for this kind of detailed medical inquiry I would suggest a "Face-To-Face" consultation with a board qualified (or certified) Plastic Surgeon. For those seeking a medico-legal review of a case, I do these and so do many other qualified physicians in the appropriate forum. This is not that forum. I am not developing a Physician-Patient Relationship with you in this endeavor. <- ( This line is for those attorneys that may be lurking. )
