| This young woman presented with a long history of embarrassment over the size of her Labiae. She also described discomfort in tighter-fitting clothing. A modified wedge excision was performed in the surgery center under a short anesthetic. At 3 months post-op, she is back to sexual function and is thrilled to have had the operation. This is a recent case.
