Reduction Labiaplasty - Modified Wedge Technique with Clitoral Hood Reduction

This young lady was not happy with her genital fullness for more aesthetic than functional reasons. She wanted the overall shape more slender and even. A modified wedge excision along with a clitoral hood reduction was performed in the surgery center under a short anesthetic. At 2 weeks post-op, she was already happy although the swelling hadn't completely resolved as of yet.

OPERATIVE STATISTICS:

Before: Moderately enlarged vaginal lips
After: Smaller "tighter" appearance
Operative Design: A "Modified Wedge" Technique and Clitoral Hood Reduction was performed here under a short anesthetic in the surgery center.
